The vast majority of church pastors and leaders in Asia and Africa have very limited training. To help them, we conduct seminars and training sessions, where they receive prayer, teaching, encouragement, help and counseling with various challenges and pressures involving ministry, family and financial issues. We have also had success in the past with providing start-up capital loans for micro-businesses/micro-enterprises for pastors. It is our desire to see every person who accepts Christ and fills out a new believer card to be linked up to a local church near them for follow-up and new discipleship training. In some cases, the large evangelistic crusades and the masses of new believers require that existing local churches will need to plant new churches. We help these pastors plant new branch churches and equip them with Rock Solid teaching materials to help these new believers become firmly and growing in their new walk with Jesus.
