Discipling New Believers

Jesus gave His followers the mandate to make disciples, not just converts (Matthew 28:19).  To accomplish this, we partner with other ministries to provide follow-up books and resources to help teach New Believers what it means to be a Disciple – “teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you” (Matthew 28:20).  Discipleship includes not only studying God’s Word, but also how to experience a real relationship with God, to know His Presence and how to hear and be led by His Voice.  It also includes learning to live a life of faith and obedience to God.

We work alongside local church leaders in the countries we work in to help us with the Rock Solid Discipleship program. They are passionate and beyond dedicated to helping to get the discipleship materials printed in the local languages and into the hands of new believers in large numbers of churches following an evangelistic event. The picture to the right is an example in Zambia. Aaron is the guy in the middle with the blue shirt who is full of the joy of the Lord. Your support enabled us to help him attend the CFAN School of Evangelism in Cape Town. He now does evangelism in Zambian schools and links with churches to get Rock Solid in the hands of these new believers!
